Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A.K. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that vide The Constitution (One Hundred and Third Amendment) Act, 2019 reservation was also provided to Economically Weaker Sections (E.W.S.) and has been accepted by the State Government vide Notification dated 18.2.2019, but in the advertisement issued by respondent no. 4 for conducting examination of U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test (U.P.T.E.T.)-2019, no reservation has been provided to Economically Weaker Sections (E.W.S.), which is contrary to Constitutional amendment as well as Notification dated 18.2.2019.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two days time to seek instruction in the matter.
Put up on 14.11.2019 in the additional cause list as a first case considering the fact that last date of submission of form is 20.11.2019.
