डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार चिट्स एण्ड फर्मस सोसाइटीज लखनऊ मंडल श्री एस. के. मौर्य  के विरुद्ध योजित अवमानना याचिका संख्या 90/2019 में माननीय उच्च न्यायलय खंडपीठ लखनऊ  कोर्ट संख्या 08 में आज उपस्थित होकर  उपरोक्त जिन दोनों पत्रों क्रमश:दिनांक 10.01.2019 व दिनांक 06.03.2019 को संगठन के महामंत्री को निर्गत कर  कोर्ट के सम्मुख अपने बचाव के लिए प्रस्तुत किया था उसे कोर्ट ने स्वीकार नहीं किया और उनके द्वारा दी गई दलील को खारिज करते हुए उनका तर्क मानने से इनकार करते हुए आदेश के अनुपालन के लिए सख्त आदेश पारित किया है! माननीय न्यायालय ने अनुपालन के लिए 04 सप्ताह का समय प्रदान किया।
पत्र अवलोकनार्थ प्रस्तुत है! यह संगठन के लिए लाभ कारी सिद्ध हुआ है।

1. Heard the learned for the petitioners. 

2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioners that this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.

27359 (MS) of 2018 (Committee of Management Uttar

Pradesh, Prathamik Shiksha Sangh through General Secretary

vs State of U.P. through Additional Chief Secretary) had

directed the petitioners to move an application before the

Deputy Registrar who would pass appropriate orders thereafter

within a period of 6 months. The petitioners moved their

application before the Deputy Registrar on 3.10.2018 it was

received in the office also. As is evident from page 23 of the

Annexure No. 3 to the petition, till date even notices as directed

by this Court for giving opportunity of hearing to the other side

have not been issued.

3. Issue notice to the respondent as to why he should not be

proceeded under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act.

4. List after service on 13.03.2019.
