Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel and Sri A.K. Yadav, who appears for the respondent No. 3. 
It is not disputed by the learned counsel that the controversy raised in this writ petition is already engaging the attention of this Court in Tapeshar Ram and another Vs. State of U.P. & others (Writ A No.- 36240 of 2015). Learned counsel has further pointed out to the subsequent orders passed by this Court on the same subject including Writ A No.- 42142 of 2015. 
Accordingly and in light of the above, let this petition be connected with Writ A No.36240 of 2015.� 
In the meanwhile and till the next date of listing, the seniority list dated 13.07.2015 as also the promotional order of 16.07.2015 shall remain stayed. 

The respondents may file their responses on this petition in the meanwhile.
