It  is  common  ground  that  the  issues  which  are  raised  in  these proceedings  are  being  considered  by  the  Hon'ble  Supreme  Court  in State  of  Uttar  Pradesh  &  Ors.  v.  Shiv  Kumar  Pathak  &  Ors. (Civil   Appeal  No.(s)  4347-4375/2014).  The  proceedings  have been  directed  to  be  listed  for  further  hearing  at  2:00  PM  on  27  July 2015  by  an  order  dated  6  July  2015.  Since  the  Hon'ble  Supreme Court  is  seized  of  a  similar  issue,  we  consider  it  appropriate  and proper  to  stand  over  the  hearing  of  these  proceedings  to  the  month of  September  2015.
